GFC Chain-on-Edge Systems are a perfect fit for a multitude of smaller products to meet your required production rates. The common conveyor can be adapted with part racks custom designed to fit your product.

Systems are designed with load areas, the coating booth (Paint or Powder), and the final bake/cure process all located on one (1) common frame to minimize the footprint.

Automatic spray process can be fed via pressure pots or pumping station (isolated mix room). All coating processes are designed with a flush system tied into the coating lines.
